In-Store and Curbside Pickup at Office Depot® and OfficeMax® stores

How it works:


Find a Product & Store
Choose “Store Pickup” when checking out. If Curbside Pickup is available, follow the prompts once you receive your Ready for Pickup e-mail.


Checkout
Complete your checkout with your Store Pickup item(s).


Receive E-mail
You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up.


Head to the Store

Once you receive our e-mail stating that your order is ready for pickup, head to the store.


In-store or Curbside Pickup

For In-Store Pickup, look for our Online Order Station. When you find your order, pick up & go. If you need assistance, push the button near the Online Order Station. An associate will be with you shortly.

For Curbside Pickup, park in a spot near the front of the store and click "I'm Curbside" from your e-mail. An associate will be outside shortly.


Didn't find your package in the Store?

For orders not found in the pickup station, push the In-store pickup button. Show a valid ID and your order number printout or mobile screen to a store associate.

How does Store Pickup work?

  • During checkout, choose Store and Curbside Pickup and select the store most convenient for you.  Find a Store.
  • Place your order and wait to receive our e-mail stating that your order is ready for pickup. This is a separate e-mail from your Order Confirmation e-mail.
  • We'll hold your items at the store for 10 days. If you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment. 
  • If you have additional questions, you may either call your store or contact customer service at 1-888-263-3423. 

 

When will I get my order?
Most in-stock items are available for pickup in 20 minutes. Orders placed less than 1 hour before store closing time will be available for pickup after the store opens the following day. *Processing time for custom print orders may vary. For estimated completion time on your order, please contact the store. Once the order has been completed, you will receive your 'Order is Ready For Pickup' e-mail.

 

How will I know when Store Pickup applies to an item I'm buying?
Look for 'Store Pickup Available' on the item you are selecting. Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change.

*Same Day Service: Offer applies to services performed in store only at Office Depot® OfficeMax®, not available for delivery. Order must be placed in-store or online for in-store pickup by 2:00 PM local time and Same-Day Service must be requested on job ticket at time of order. The following quantities are not eligible for Same Day Service: Digital Printing & Copies: Black & White (quantities over 2,000), Color (quantities over 1,000); Posters and Banners (quantities over 2/over 24" wide; print-ready artwork must be provided); Binding (more than 25 booklets/50 sheet maximum with covers); Laminating (quantities over 15, 8.5 x 11 sheets); Same-Day Business Cards (quantities over 500); Custom Stamps (quantities over 3 or non-Brother® stamps); and Shredding (over 50 pounds); Yard Signs (quantities over 5). Posters and basic banners may not be available in all locations. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to each customer/household/business. Please feel free to contact your local store for your same-day inquiry.

 

How will I know my order is ready to pick up?

Approximately 20 minutes after you place your order, you will receive an e-mail that states your order is ready for pick up and provides instructions on picking up your order. We recommend you wait to receive this e-mail before proceeding to the store. *Processing time for custom print orders may vary. For estimated completion time on your order, please contact the store.

 

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
1) Your Store Pickup confirmation e-mail or order number
2) Valid government issued ID
     For your protection, we will only release the order if the customer name on the confirmation e-mail matches the name on the ID.

How will I know if Store Pickup is available in a specific store?
Store Pickup is available at all Office Depot® stores and in select OfficeMax® stores when the order is placed from officedepot.com. To ensure Store Pickup is available at your favorite location on the Store Locator. Find a Store.

 

What should I do when I get to the store?

For In-Store Pickup, look for our Online Order Station. When you find your order, pick & go. If you need assistance, click the button near the Online Order Station. An associate will be with you shortly.

For Curbside Pickup, park in a spot near the front of the store and click "I'm Curbside" from your e-mail. An associate will be outside shortly.

Picking up a Print & Copy Order? At checkout, select either 'At the Print & Copy Center' or 'At the Online Order Station' to pick up your Print & Copy order inside the store. If you choose to pick up your order at the Print & Copy Center, please look for the Print & Copy Center when you arrive at the store and an associate will assist you with your order. The Print & Copy Center is recommended for your confidential or private information, which will be kept secure behind the counter. If you choose to pick up your order at the Online Order Station, locate your order and you can simply pickup & go. This option is recommended for a quicker self-service experience.

 

How long do I have to pick up my order?
Your order will be available at the store you choose for 10 days after you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. After 5 days has passed, your items will be returned to inventory and your account will be credited.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
If an item included in your Store Pickup order is out of stock, you will receive a call from a store associate to notify you of the out-of-stock item. During the call you may:
• Select a comparable item.
• Have the item delivered at no charge.
• Have the item removed from the order.

How do I return an order?
Return items to the Office Depot® or OfficeMax® store where you picked up your order.

How can I cancel my Store Pickup order?
Simply call your pickup store and they will assist you with canceling the order. If a payment has been processed, a refund will be made to the original payment method. We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days. If you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment. 

Can I pick up some items at a store and have others shipped to an address?
Yes, your order will split during Checkout.

 

Can I have someone pick up my order for me?
If you would like someone else other than you to pick up your order, simply select 'Someone else will pick up my order' option when completing your order online. It's important to note that whomever you select to pick up the order will be the only person, aside from you, who will be able to do so. They will need to provide the store pickup confirmation e-mail and a valid ID at the time of pick up to confirm they are the designated recipient.

 

Are there any restrictions?
You should be aware of a few restrictions. Only the designated recipient or the individual who placed the order may pick up the order, no exceptions. If you do not find your order in the Online Order Station, you will need your store pickup confirmation e-mail or order number and a valid ID.
