Our program not only helps our customers in their supplier diversity purchasing initiatives, but also provides opportunities for small and diverse-owned supplier businesses to grow and succeed. These suppliers fall under the following program levels:

Tier I Suppliers

These suppliers sell directly to customers and Office Depot fulfills their orders — providing maximum diversity credit. We provide expertise in the form of partner vetting, executive support, mentoring and field sales support. In addition to Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) certification and Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) certification, Tier I certifications include:

Tier II Suppliers

When customers purchase Tier II solutions from Office Depot, a percentage of their total spend is allocated to diverse vendor products. These products are part of our normal distribution channels, which give our customers the ability to meet their diverse vendor goals within a customized program. We offer 1,500+ products sourced from Tier II Suppliers in our catalog, and we also offer reporting by company name, certification and product details.
