How to enter: To enter, participants must complete the survey in the email invitation no later than 11:59 PM ET December 7, 2025. Upon completion of the survey, the participant’s email address will be automatically entered for a chance to win. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries.
Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (“Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, retail locations, suppliers, distributors, advertising, promotion or any other agencies or entities involved with this Promotion, and the employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members and agents of each (collectively, “Released Parties”) or members of their immediate families (biological, step, or in-law), including parents, grandparents, children, siblings or spouses of any of the foregoing (regardless of where they live) or households of any of the above, whether related or not, are NOT eligible to participate. Promotion is not valid in Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited by law.
Random Drawing and Prizes: Ten (10) winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 12/8/2025 from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions in all matters relating to this Promotion are final. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received.
Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) electronic gift card. Winners will be able to select from a wide variety of popular gift cards. Total ARV of all prizes is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Limit one prize per person/household. Winner will be notified by email. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within 14 days of the date on the prize notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, are the sole responsibility of winner ad winner agrees to sign required tax reporting forms or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are each winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether prize is used in whole or in part.
General Conditions: Your entry in this Promotion constitutes your consent to be bound by these rules, the decisions of Sponsor and for the use of your information for the purposes of administration of this Promotion. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding a prize. Undeliverable or unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If selected as a winner, Entrant agrees to Sponsor’s use of Entrant’s name, likeness, city and state of residence for advertising and trade purposes and online without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries, or postage-due mail, or for transactions that are lost or fail to enter the processing system, are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper, or any other malfunction including human error. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this Promotion if fraud, technical failures (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention) or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor compromise the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process in any manner. THE SPONSOR MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, REGARDING THE GIVEAWAY OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE.
LIABILITY RELEASE: Entrants are solely responsible for their own conduct. As a condition of entering, Entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Released Parties from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize or any use of the Entry; (b) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded or use of the Entry, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By accepting prizes, winner(s) agree (and agree to confirm in writing) to be bound by these Official Rules and the judge’s decisions and to release the Released Parties from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Promotion or arising out of or related to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activities or through the use of any prize.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, U.S., WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S OR CANADIAN LAWS. The parties agree that the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any claims or disputes between the parties arising out of or related to the Promotion, unless federal jurisdiction is available, in which case the Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach Division, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any claims or disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement. The parties expressly submit and consent in advance to such jurisdiction in any action or suit commenced in such court, and each party hereby waives any objection that it may have based upon lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue or forum non conveniens.
